Owner Aircall
Phone system recordings and IVR messages played to customers calling Owner Inspections. Managed via the Aircall dashboard.
Call Flow
When a customer calls Owner Inspections, the following flow occurs:
- Welcome greeting plays immediately when the call connects
- Sales message plays for sales department routing
- If the team is available, caller is connected or placed on hold
- While waiting, either new client or existing client waiting message plays
- If no one answers, the voicemail greeting plays
